Job summary

You will translate complex risk data into actionable insights, establish performance standards, and guide governance with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
• At least 7 years of experience in Risk Management.
• At least 3 years experience in Operations Management.
• At least 3 years experience in Project Management.
• At least 3 years experience in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Payment Success Program, establishing operational performance standards and strategic initiatives that optimize transactional health across fraud, authorizations, and disputes.
• Lead intelligent brand protection and payment success efforts using AI-augmented monitoring and advanced detection technologies.
• Secure Capital One’s global payment network against abuse with AI-augmented monitoring and risk controls.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to GPN Executives, translating risk data into strategic insights.
• Integrate transactional health information into lifecycle management for network participants.
• Establish best-in-class practices and optimization protocols for elite portfolio performance.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to solve network challenges and build insights for internal and external audiences.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a world‑class team of 15–20 professionals.
