You will own the end-to-end patient media strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure data-driven engagement across platforms while partnering with analytics, IT, and commercial teams.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in pharmaceutical marketing, strong analytics, and a track record of aligning media investments with patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical brand marketing experience.
• 2+ years leading pharmaceutical patient media initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience in regulated industries with MLR review processes.
• Strong metrics governance and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end patient media strategy across platforms for reach and storytelling.
• Manage media planning, buying, optimization, and budget with targeting.
• Define audience strategies using first-party data and behavioral insights.
• Own marketing metrics, KPIs and unified measurement frameworks.
• Partner with IT/Data Science to integrate media, CRM and claims data.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for brand strategy.
