Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field with 7+ years of hands-on pharma analytics.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, notebooks (Jupyter, Hex, CoLab), and cloud IDEs (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience with BI tools to translate analytics into production insights for executives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to Value & Access, Treatment Experience, Patient Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Trade & Distribution.
• Frame business questions as analytical problems aligned to brand objectives.
• Collaborate to assess payer scenarios on demand, forecast accuracy, and revenue elasticity.
• Design, deploy, and monitor measurement frameworks and analytics solutions.
• Lead dashboards and self-service tools, standardize metrics, and automate recurring reporting.
