Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Five years in PAS management is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Services or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in enterprise-wide patient access operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage patient-facing functions within Patient Access.
• Oversee enterprise-wide clinic registration and real-time financial clearance.
• Coordinate outpatient registration, admissions, and ED registration.
• Lead check-out scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, and financial counseling.
• Oversee patient access vendor management and related support services.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and clinical departments to improve access services.
