You will serve as a bridge between patients, providers, and payers, communicating with care teams to clear visits financially and guiding patients through options for financial assistance when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly to patients.
• Attention to detail with insurance and financial data.
• HS Diploma or 2 years of work experience required.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments across clinic and hospital services
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed
• Review and confirm demographic and financial information
• Explain financial responsibility, estimates, and payment options
• Assist patients with financial assistance or referrals when appropriate
• Communicate with clinical teams to ensure visits are financially cleared
