Job summary

The Washington Post in Washington, DC is seeking a strategic Partnerships Analyst to transform partnership performance data into actionable insights. You will build KPI frameworks, dashboards, and executive materials that influence investment decisions and revenue growth.

This role collaborates with Platform Partnerships, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Data, and Technology to drive cross-functional impact and scalable analytics across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, partnerships, account management, or related commercial function.
• Ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into strategic recommendations that influence business decisions.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, or performance management systems.
• Understanding of digital media, platform ecosystems, subscriptions, advertising, and AI in publishing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously evolve an enterprise partnership performance framework across commercial outcomes.
• Evaluate partnership performance to identify opportunities that improve revenue, audience growth, and partner value.
• Transform quantitative analysis and partner insights into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Platform Partnerships, Business Development, Product, Audience, Finance, Legal, Data & Analytics, and Technology.
• Develop executive dashboards, reviews, and strategic materials to improve transparency and decision-making.
