The Washington Post is seeking a seasoned Partnerships Operations Leader to transform partnership strategies into scalable, repeatable programs. You will align cross-functional teams and drive launches of AI licensing, content distribution, subscriptions, and related revenue models.

With 5+ years in business operations or related roles, you’ll design governance structures, playbooks, and dashboards that enable fast, low-risk execution across strategic partnerships while ensuring sustainable

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years in business operations or related strategic operations function.
Experience translating commercial objectives into operational requirements and scalable execution frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic partnership launches with roadmaps, governance, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
Translate commercial objectives into scalable operational and technical plans.
Drive cross-functional implementation across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Audience, Data & Analytics, Advertising Operations.
Develop executive-ready dashboards, status reports, and governance communications.
Identify risks, dependencies and drive continuous improvement across partnerships.
