Job summary

The Washington Post seeks a senior strategic partnerships analyst to drive enterprise partnership performance across platforms, business development, and strategy. You will translate data into actionable insights that influence executive decisions and shape long-term partner strategy.

You will lead dashboards, scorecards, and reviews, collaborating with Product, Audience, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to accelerate growth and optimize partner value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve an enterprise partnership performance framework measuring commercial, contractual, audience, and strategic outcomes.
• Evaluate partnership performance to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Transform data into strategic recommendations influencing partnership strategy and priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align initiatives and accelerate growth.
• Assess market trends and AI-driven opportunities to guide partnership strategy.
• Lead strategic business reviews and align stakeholders on next steps to expand value.
• Evaluate new partnership opportunities with financial, operational, and audience considerations.
• Create executive dashboards, reviews, and scorecards to improve transparency and accountability.
• Integrate insights to establish a unified view of partnership performance.
