Job summary

The Washington Post seeks an experienced leader to own partnership operations, turning strategic opportunities into scalable, repeatable programs. You will align cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Marketing to deliver launches with governance and measurable outcomes.

You will translate commercial goals into practical implementation plans, create launch-ready playbooks, and drive continuous improvement in partnership execution and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in business operations or related strategic operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional implementation from planning to launch.
• Strong ability to translate business objectives into operational requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for strategic partnership launches with roadmaps and governance.
• Translate commercial objectives into scalable operational and technical plans.
• Drive cross-functional implementation across Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics.
• Identify integration requirements, data dependencies, and risks for new partnerships.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance reports for leadership.
