Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum 10–12+ years in Sales or Account Management with team leadership.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets for personal and team.
• Experience in education industry is preferred.
• Ability to conduct executive-level presentations and facilitate discussions.
• Willingness to travel domestically at least 10% and hold a U.S. driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a Partner Development Team and drive revenue growth for a complex product line.
• Lead sales training, coaching, and retention to strengthen team effectiveness.
• Manage a structured sales process from planning to ROI assessment and closing.
• Collaborate with product and marketing on collateral and campaigns.
• Develop market insights and communicate trends to leadership.
• Report revenue projections and engage senior leadership on growth strategies.
