Job summary

TechSee is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own partner engagements from pursuit through pilot to full commercial launch. This high-visibility role partners with sales, customer operations, product, and client executives to ensure commitments are delivered on plan.

You will govern cross-functional teams, align IT operations with engineering, and define success metrics for pilots, driving seamless transitions to steady-state deployment. Hybrid work with NY/US-based preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, client delivery or partner engagement.
• Experience owning multi-party commercial engagements end-to-end.
• Direct experience with ISPs, telecom carriers, BPOs, or enterprise CX platforms.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AI and CX tech (Visual/Spatial AI, APIs, security).
• Ability to navigate commercial terms, SLAs, DPAs and oversee reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit from initial engagement through pilot to full commercial launch.
• Govern cross-functional governance across client ops, BPOs and field services.
• Bridge IT ops with TechSee engineering for scoping and demos.
• Define success metrics for pilots and drive transitions to steady-state deployment.
• Codify repeatable playbooks for future enterprise rollouts.
