Biopharma Careers is seeking a Senior Director Strategic Insights & Analytics for Oncology Hematology, based in Horsham, PA. This role leads integration of primary/secondary research and market analytics to shape growth strategies for the Oncology Heme unit.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate insights into action, drive forecasting, and implement advanced analytics and omnichannel strategies that enhance commercial performance and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of business analytics, market research, insight development, marketing consulting, insights and analytics, advanced analytics, finance or similar experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic and business plans, brand strategies, new product / indication launch plans, and long- and short-range financial forecasts.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to senior business unit leaders; use strategic insights to drive growth.
• Lead the insights, analytics & operational teams for the business unit and align priorities with senior leaders.
• Deploy resources against priorities and manage trade-offs to achieve impact.
• Lead analytics strategies and reporting tools to enable commercial insights and execution.
• Identify, translate insights into business impact across Immunology including market research and competitive intelligence.
