Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. seeks a Director of Field Analytics - Hematology to guide analytics strategy for the North America Hematology franchise. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Forecasting to translate data into actionable plans that improve field performance.

The role requires leading capability building, executive storytelling, and collaboration with vendors to deliver decision-ready insights. 15–20% travel is expected within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics or related fields; or MBA with 7+ years.
• Oncology/hematology experience required; biotechnology/pharma background preferred.
• Experience leading field analytics, sales force effectiveness, targeting and KPI development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hematology field analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance diagnostics for field leadership.
• Integrate multi-source data to provide coherent market views.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for field actions.
• Coach analysts and partner with cross-functional teams.
