Qualifications

• Strong storytelling with data visualization and impactful presentations.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead MR for Erda iDRS and Solid Tumor assets to inform strategy and launch readiness.
• Establish market research foundations for Erda iDRS as the primary focus.
• Develop scalable learning plans for priority pipeline programs at 18-month horizon.
• Partner with New Product Business Development and stakeholders to transition assets.
• Lead primary research across HCPs, patients, payers, including disease-state exploration and messaging.
• Integrate MR with analytics, CI, forecasting to produce recommendations.
• Guide leadership decisions and resource allocation with Credo-based principles.
