Qualifikationen

• At least 7 years of relevant business experience in market research, business intelligence, marketing, sales, business analytics, strategic planning, or management consulting.
• Knowledge and experience across a broad spectrum of market research approaches (qualitative and quantitative).
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations and present them effectively.
• Ability to lead autonomously and navigate ambiguity while defining key business questions.

• Serve as Market Research lead; design and manage a market research plan addressing key business questions.
• Lead primary research for healthcare professionals, patients, and payers, including tracking research.
• Identify internal/external partners; build strong cross-functional collaborations.

• Champion innovative market research approaches that drive efficiency and best practices.
• Set priorities and allocate resources to high-value projects.
• Mentor team members to develop market research skills within the group.
