Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director, Market Research – Oncology Solid Tumor, located in Horsham, PA. The role leads a comprehensive market research program to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions in oncology.

You will partner with marketing, sales, and other business partners, deliver insights through compelling storytelling, and mentor team members while advancing Credo-driven decisions and ethical research practices.

Qualificações

• At least 7 years of relevant business experience in market research or related fields.
• Experience across qualitative and quantitative market research approaches with the ability to address key business questions.
• Proven success partnering across teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in storytelling and creating impactful presentations with clear recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage a market research plan addressing key business questions and inform strategy and tactics.
• Lead primary research for HCPs, patients, and payers including developmental and evaluative research.
• Identify internal/external partners and build cross-functional collaborations.
• Integrate market research insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and decision making.
• Mentor team members and stay abreast of emerging industry trends and AI applications.
