Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of Program Management within the Digital Technology organization for the Defense & Systems portfolio. You will lead a team of managers, own the $25+MM CX budget, and drive on-time delivery with rigorous operating rhythms and risk management.

The role requires strong leadership, Agile experience, and deep knowledge of enterprise delivery within defense/regulatory contexts. Location is Cincinnati with a distributed, hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• For roles in the USA: bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of exp, or associate with 11+ years, or HS diploma with 13+ years.
• Minimum of 5 years in Program Management and IT.
• Military experience considered equivalent to professional exp.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time delivery across the DSCX portfolio; set targets and surface risk.
• Run weekly and monthly operating rhythms; ensure early escalation and visibility.
• Lead a program management team, coach staff, and manage hiring and performance.
• Own and reconcile the CX budget with finance and business operations.
