Job summary

GE Aerospace’s Digital Technology organization seeks a Senior Director, Technical Product Management to lead product management across the Defense & Systems Customer Experience portfolio. You will oversee 8–10 direct reports and shape a sustainable operating model with standard processes, prioritization, and governance.

You will define KPIs and OKRs, partner with Engineering on technical design, and drive outcomes across Federal and commercial markets while leveraging AI to expand capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical product management or IT.
• 7+ years leading product managers or product teams.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience with AWS, hybrid cloud, and on-premise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own DSCX product roadmaps and NorthStar vision across products.
• Define and apply prioritization framework (e.g., RICE).
• Lead, coach, and hire product management and UX teams.
• Establish KPIs, OKRs, and run portfolio-level reviews.
• Partner with Engineering on design and delivery within enterprise architecture.
• Manage stakeholder maps and funding pipelines.
