Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA, seeks a Manager, Marketing Finance to deliver out-year portfolio planning and DME finance partnership across the U.S. You will provide strategic analysis, forecast the impact of decisions, and partner with Marketing to translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a business-related field required.
5+ years of relevant professional experience with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint/ThinkCell, Tableau, Power BI and Alteryx; ability to synthesize data into insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills; ability to develop executive-ready materials.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and build cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Provide financial and economic analysis to enable informed decision-making across the portfolio.
Partner with Marketing to strengthen financial acumen through reviews, interpretation, and action planning.
Identify drivers of margin variance and opportunities for margin expansion.
Support delivery of Portfolio Strategy across a 1–3 year horizon.
Act as a Finance partner for Direct Marketing Expense (DME) and related planning.
