Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Director of Production Operations 2 for the Sentinel Program in Roy, Utah. You will lead Production Operations with accountability to the VP, ensuring readiness from procurement to delivery while aligning with the program baseline and schedule.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, extensive manufacturing experience, and the ability to drive long-term strategy with hands-on attention to near-term details. Relocation and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance required.
• 3+ years leading and/or managing teams on complex projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Manufacturing & Production statement of work aligned with the Sentinel Program.
• Lead an IPT including Production Ops, Manufacturing Eng/Tooling, and planning teams.
• Develop long-range plans and milestones; manage Master Production Schedule and resource plans.
• Provide regular production status and metrics to management and the customer.
