Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Director 1 System Security Engineer for the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The role leads a cross-functional team to ensure IA, A&A, RMF and CPI protections across the lifecycle of ICBM related hardware and software.

You must hold an active TS clearance, demonstrate leadership, and manage complex security programs within a DoD context. The position includes relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in STEM required.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with RMF, security architecture and CPI/DFARS related practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a multi-disciplinary team in support of Program Protection and Product Protection requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across CONUS for system security engineering activities (IA, A&A, RMF).
• Execute strategic planning and manage cost/schedule risks tied to milestones and baselines.
• Support program level requirements for multi-sector interfaces and activities.
• Provide leadership to a geographically dispersed cross-functional team.
