Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Roy, Utah seeks a Director 1 of System Security Engineering to lead a multi-disciplinary team supporting the Sentinel program. Responsibilities include RMF-based security engineering, threat/vulnerability analysis, and supply chain security across CONUS.

The role requires a TS clearance, strong leadership, and experience delivering secure systems with CPI/CT protections. Travel 5–10% and potential relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance at time of application.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary or matrixed teams.
• Knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53 and security architecture.
• Strong cost, schedule and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and lead a multi-disciplinary team in support of Program Protection and Product Protection requirements.
• Lead cross-functional team across CONUS for system security engineering activities.
• Execute strategic planning and cost/schedule delivery with risk mitigation.
• Participate in program reviews, status reporting and governance.
