The role partners with Engineering, Finance and Commercial teams to translate strategy into an integrated operating model and drives disciplined execution through robust rhythms and a high-performing leadership team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.
• Proven accountability for operational and financial outcomes including cost, delivery, inventory, productivity, and working capital.
• Experience evolving operating models within complex manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead through systems (VES, PSI, Daily Management) to drive predictable performance and continuous improvement.
• Strong financial and business acumen linking operational decisions to business outcomes.
• Proven track record influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operational performance across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities, and EH&S.
• Drive application of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to deliver improvements and optimize the operating model.
• Establish an operating system to ensure predictable, scalable execution and effective prioritization of resources.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all operations.
• Partner with Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and HR to align priorities and support informed decision-making.
