Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 15+ years in supply chain/operations, electronics or semiconductor environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and Kinaxis or similar planning tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage priorities across manufacturing, procurement, planning, and customer-facing groups.

Responsibilities

• Influence across organization including manufacturing, procurement, business, and customers.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain execution activities to align plans with customer demand and manufacturing commitments.
• Monitor supply chain tools to support decision-making and ensure data supports operational execution.
• Prepare and analyze supply chain KPIs and communicate risks to leadership.
• Collaborate with regional teams to resolve constraints and execute supply plans.
