Sea-Bird Scientific seeks a Senior Director of Operations to lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and EH&S. You will drive continuous improvement, align cross-functional priorities, and translate business strategy into an integrated operating model with a disciplined execution rhythm.

Qualifications

Ten+ years in progressive leadership across manufacturing, supply chain and operations.
Proven accountability for cost, delivery, inventory, and working capital outcomes.
Experience evolving operating models within complex manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

Lead end-to-end operations across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, facilities, and EH&S.
Drive rollout of the Veralto Enterprise System (VES) to enhance the operating model and growth.
Establish an integrated operating rhythm and data-driven performance management.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, HR, and Commercial to align priorities with business objectives.
Mentor a high-performing operations leadership team and build organizational capability.
