Job summary

Veo - Operations Careers seeks a seasoned Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain, including warehouse operations, supplier management, and international logistics. You will drive cost optimization, working capital improvement, and reliability across vehicles, batteries, and parts.

Reporting to the CEO, you will collaborate with Operations, Hardware, R&D, and Finance, scaling teams and ensuring timely, quality, and cost-effective delivery in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, logistics, or related fields with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with hardware supply and quality coordination is essential.
• Hybrid role requiring four+ days in the office from Santa Monica.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution across vehicles, batteries, parts.
• Oversee central warehouse operations including receiving, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment.
• Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance management across pricing, capacity, delivery, quality, and terms.
• Develop and maintain vehicle, battery, and parts ordering plans based on fleet needs and forecasts.
• Manage international logistics, tariffs, customs, and freight forwarding.
• Own financial performance including budget, cost reduction, and working capital.
• Align with cross-functional teams for launches and issue resolution.
• Mentor and develop domestic and international teams to drive excellence.
