Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Director, Global Supply Chain Operations Execution to drive day-to-day supply chain execution across a complex electronics manufacturing environment. The role ensures reliable delivery, disciplined planning, and effective inventory control while coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, S&OP, and regional teams worldwide.

You will influence at the VP+ level, manage execution risks, and partner with global teams to maintain customer commitments and production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain or operations, electronics/semiconductor preferred.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems (Oracle EBS) and advanced planning tools (Kinaxis).

Responsibilities

• Influence across manufacturing, procurement, and customer-facing teams.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain execution to meet customer demand and manufacturing commitments.
• Monitor inventory, plans, and resources; manage risk and escalation.
• Provide performance management and KPI reporting to leadership.
