Job summary

JLL in Wayne, PA is seeking a Sr Director of Operations to partner with the local Leasing Advisory business in the Philadelphia/Heartland region. You will oversee brokerage operations, work with Finance, HR, Research, Marketing and Technology to improve productivity, and report to the Head of Operations, Central Region.

The role involves developing annual business plans, managing multiple teams, and driving execution across budgets, people, and processes in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of management experience in commercial real estate or related field.
• Strong background in Finance, P&L and budget oversight.
• Proven leadership with collaborative management style.
• High emotional intelligence and conflict management ability.
• Excellent project management and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to local broker lead and operating partner to all corporate functions and platform partners.
• Oversees local operations teams, sales coordinators, analysts and transaction managers.
• Drives operational excellence through clear policies, procedures and processes.
• Plan and execute market strategy planning sessions to establish annual business priorities.
• Drives accountability and execution of business line strategies.
• Budgeting & Planning: provide input on budget with process improvement and oversee expense management.
• People Management: develop and motivate high-performing operations teams and manage compensation planning.
• Business Line Management Support: coordinate meetings and provide data analysis for production tracking.
