Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a senior operations role.
• Strong background in Finance, P&L and budget oversight.
• Demonstrated ability to develop high performing teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Serves as strategic partner to local broker lead and key operating partner to corporate functions.
• Oversees local operations teams, sales coordinators, analysts and transaction managers.
• Drives policies, procedures and process to improve productivity.
• Plans and executes market strategy sessions to set annual priorities.
• Manages budget inputs and process improvements; monitors expenses.
• Tracks KPIs and ensures targets are met; partners with Finance on reviews.
• Leads talent management, performance reviews and development.
• Coordinates recruitment with HR and onboarding activities.
• Supports culture and client events in the market; collaborates with Marketing.
