Area Coach at Taco Bell oversees leadership across multiple restaurants to ensure each location meets the annual operating plan. You drive culture, coach managers, and push for outstanding customer experiences while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

You will recruit, develop, and support a high-performing team, analyze performance data, and implement solutions to grow sales and margins. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to Taco Bell values.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• Valid Driver’s license may be required.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to multiple Taco Bell restaurants to meet operating plans.
• Recruit and develop strong operators and managers for customer-focused service.
• Drive culture and customer satisfaction through coaching and performance management.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to improve margins and sales.
