Job summary

Kennedy Jenks seeks a transformational leader to guide technical project delivery across our infrastructure practice nationwide. Based in any KJ market, this senior role leads multidisciplinary teams and strengthens client relationships to deliver complex water and environmental projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years design engineering consulting (water/wastewater preferred), and 4+ years of leadership; PE license strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering infrastructure projects nationwide.
• Support successful delivery of projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design and adherence to standards of care.
• Collaborate across engineering, environmental, and technical disciplines.
• Align resources with business needs with managers and leaders.
