Kennedy Jenks Consultants is seeking a transformational leader to shape the future of technical project delivery. Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role offers the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen project delivery and client relationships, develop future leaders, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting complex infrastructure solutions.

The role requires 10+ years of design engineering consulting (water/wastewater) and 4+ years

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field required; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably within water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to partner across Operations, Business Development, Project Management, and Technical Services.
• Proven success developing employees and building high-performing teams through leadership and influence.

Responsibilities

• Advise Technical Services teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, and Instrumentation and Controls.
• Support delivery of multidisciplinary projects across Kennedy Jenks.
• Promote efficient design delivery per Kennedy Jenks' standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs.
• Work with quality and risk programs to advance technical excellence, quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Travel 25-50% nationwide to collaborate with clients and offices.
