Job summary

The position requires a PE license or strong leadership in engineering consulting, with 10+ years' design experience and 4+ years in leadership.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably within water/wastewater.
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.
- PE license strongly preferred.
- Proven leadership experience developing employees, mentoring leaders, and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical professionals and multidisciplinary teams across Kenned y Jenks’ projects.
- Deliver successful, compliant infrastructure projects nationwide.
- Collaborate with operations, business development, and project management to align resources with needs.
- Promote efficient design delivery and adherence to KJ standards and procedures.
