Kennedy Jenks invites a transformational leader to shape technical project delivery across its nationwide offices. This senior role will lead disciplines, strengthen client relationships, and advance technical excellence in water/wastewater and infrastructure projects.

The position emphasizes collaboration with operations, business development, and project management while supporting a hybrid work model with two in-office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• PE license strongly preferred.
• Experience leading teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advise multidisciplinary Technical Services teams across disciplines.
• Deliver complex infrastructure projects while ensuring standard of care and quality.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs across the firm.
• Promote collaboration among engineering, environmental and technical teams.
• Work with risk and quality programs to advance excellence and innovation.
• Travel 25%–50% nationwide to collaborate with clients and offices.
