Job summary

Kennedy Jenks is seeking a transformational leader to shape the future of its technical project delivery. Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role leads professionals across Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, and I&C disciplines to deliver complex infrastructure for communities.

Education includes a Bachelor’s in Engineering ( Master’s preferred ); PE license is strongly preferred; 10+ years in design engineering consulting, with 4+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years design engineering consulting experience, preferably water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership and supervision experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership in teams and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical professionals and multidisciplinary teams nationwide.
• Advance technical excellence, quality, and innovation across projects.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs.
• Support successful delivery of multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Promote efficient design delivery in line with standards.
