Based in any KJ market nationwide, this senior role provides the opportunity to lead technical professionals, strengthen client relationships, and advance technical excellence across the organization while supporting infrastructure solutions for communities nationwide.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field required; master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of design engineering consulting experience, preferably in water/wastewater.
• 4+ years of leadership experience managing supervisors, team leaders, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects and coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, CAD, Architectural, and Instrumentation and Controls teams.
• Ensure delivery of projects in line with Kennedy Jenks standards and quality controls.
• Partner with managers to align resources with business needs and project goals.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, environmental, scientific, and technical disciplines.
• Travel nationwide 25%–50% to collaborate with clients and offices.
