A leading fashion eCommerce firm is looking for a Senior Director of Ecommerce Operations to own and scale their DTC and Amazon businesses. This hands-on role requires overseeing product presentation, site experience, and platform performance, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years in ecommerce leadership, strong skills in product storytelling, and proven success in improving ecommerce performance. Competitive salary range is $170,000 to $180,000 annually.

Formación

• 10+ years of ecommerce or digital leadership experience with direct ownership of DTC site and Amazon channels.
• Proven track record improving ecommerce performance through product, UX, and merchandising excellence.
• Experience leading platform strategy and managing external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end performance for the DTC site and Amazon channels, including conversion and customer lifetime value.
• Lead the vision and execution of a best-in-class onsite customer experience across desktop and mobile.
• Drive a product-led ecommerce strategy including PDP optimization and pricing presentation.
• Own Amazon channel strategy, ensuring strong content and operational excellence.
