Job summary

Versapay is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Data Management to own and execute the company’s enterprise data strategy. You will lead architectural convergence of data layers, govern data quality, and drive AI readiness, partnering with Product and Engineering to enable agentic capabilities.

The role is high-visibility and strategic, reporting to executive leadership, with a focus on building a data-driven backbone for AI-powered features and external data products.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data leadership with enterprise scope.
• Experience modernizing multi-source data environments at scale.
• Proven SaaS/fintech/payments domain experience.
• Strong AI/ML infra governance and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive Versapay’s enterprise data strategy with alignment to product, AI and commercial objectives.
• Converge transactional, operational and analytical data into a unified backbone with clear milestones.
• Operationalize data governance with automated classification, RBAC, platform SLAs and certified data objects.
• Enable AI readiness with ML pipelines, LLM serving layers, and preserve data privacy and quality.
• Lead the Data Platform Team and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal for a trusted data foundation.
