Job summary

Xperi Inc. seeks a Principal Enterprise Data & AI Information Architect to lead the enterprise data architecture strategy and semantic framework. You will definitionally model data, govern metadata, and set standards enabling trusted analytics and AI-driven operations across the company.

The role partners with CIO and executives, shaping data definitions across Finance, Sales, Operations, Product, HR, Legal, and Engineering to ensure consistent interpretation and scalable data products.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Architecture or related leadership roles.
Deep expertise in enterprise data modeling, master data architecture, and semantic layers.
Experience with AI, copilots, or agentic AI initiatives is preferred.
Exceptional executive communication and influence skills.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve Xperi’s enterprise data architecture roadmap.
Define and maintain enterprise canonical data models and common entities.
Design enterprise semantic layer and governance standards across platforms.
Architect data structures optimized for AI agents and enterprise AI platforms.
Define reusable data products and contracts for cross-functional consumption.
Collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Governance teams to enforce standards.
Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment.
