Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, LLC seeks a Senior Engineering Leader to direct all engineering activities within Heatcraft as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. You will guide product and process design, oversee facility expansion and modernization, and ensure compliance with standards while aligning engineering with business goals.

The role requires a BS in Engineering, an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 8 years in engineering with 7 years in management within a manufacturing setting

Qualifications

• BS in engineering required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of engineering experience and at least 7 years of increasing managerial responsibility in manufacturing for HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Broad knowledge across mechanical, electrical, controls and manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to align engineering strategies with business needs and drive policy and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the engineering function as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure sound engineering practices and compliant processes.
• Develop and supervise expansion and modernization of facilities; manage budgets and staffing.
