The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's preferred) and 5+ years of related experience, with proven leadership and CAD/analytical software skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• At least 5 years of related work experience; refrigeration/HVAC preferred.
• Excellent leadership with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of design techniques, DFMA principles, and production of precision plans/drawings.
• Expert understanding of engineering science and technology applications.
• Experience with analytical and CAD software.
