Job summary

Heatcraft Refrigeration, part of Lennox International, is seeking a Senior Engineering leader to direct all engineering within Heatcraft. You will provide technical guidance, oversee product and process design, and drive modernization of facilities while aligning engineering strategy with business goals.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Engineering, an MBA preferred, with at least 8 years of engineering experience and 7 years in management within manufacturing for HVAC or refrigeration

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required; MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years relevant engineering experience and at least 7 years managerial experience in a manufacturing environment for air-conditioning or refrigeration equipment.
• Broad knowledge across mechanical, electrical, controls and manufacturing engineering domains.

Responsibilities

• Directs all aspects of the engineering function within Heatcraft as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Provides technical guidance and ensures sound engineering procedures and effective use of facilities.
• Directs expansion and modernization of facilities and oversees budget, staffing, and strategic policy development.
