Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, business, public relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, marketing, and communications.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and donor stewardship, including grant writing and management.
• Excellent written, verbal, collaboration, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead donor engagement with the CEO and Board of Directors, cultivating major gifts and sustaining donor relationships.
• Plan and execute a $5 million comprehensive campaign for Uvalde.
• Manage a $600,000+ annual foundation grant portfolio from prospecting to reporting.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan, including social media.
• Plan fundraising events, donor recognition, and community engagement activities.
