Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or fundraising certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute the annual fundraising strategy, including major gifts, annual appeals, and corporate sponsorships.
• Research, write, submit, and track foundation and corporate grant proposals and impact reports.
• Directly manage a portfolio of donors and plan intimate donor cultivation events.
• Manage the organization's CRM system, data entry, gift processing and donor acknowledgments.
• Track fundraising ROI and digital engagement metrics.
• Lead writing and design for annual report, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
• Maintain the school website and manage email campaigns and social media.
• Protect privacy of children and families in all messaging.
• Partner with the ED to reach ~-$4+ million revenue target annually.
• Cultivate and expand donor portfolios for multi-year commitments.
