Job summary

Boys & Girls Club of Southeast Wyoming seeks a Director of Resource Development to design and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy. This leadership role oversees campaigns, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, and events while ensuring strong donor stewardship and data-driven decisions using Salesforce.

The position partners with executive leadership, the Board, and staff to grow revenue, diversify funding, and expand community impact across Southeast Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of nonprofit resource development including major gifts and donor stewardship.
• Understanding of community-based fundraising and partnership development.
• Familiarity with donor database systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundraising campaigns and donor programs.
• Manage major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants and events.
• Ensure donor stewardship and timely communications.
• Use Salesforce data for reporting and decision making.
• Collaborate with leadership and Board on solicitations.
