The position requires experience in marketing/sales, strong communication, budgeting, and the ability to organize events and manage volunteer coordination. Public speaking and grant writing are key components of the role.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years marketing or sales experience.
• Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Graphic Design.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong project management skills.
• Understanding of marketing principles.
• Knowledge of new technologies and how to apply them to marketing.
• Ability to manage a budget.
• Attention to detail.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Ability to recruit/coordinate volunteers for the program and events.
• Ensure organizational goals are met or exceeded.
• Team player attitude.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and donors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all advertising in local, regional, and national media.
• Manage fundraising events and sponsor relations.
• Build relationships with donors and event sponsors.
• Attend benefits for West Texas Boys Ranch.
• Order promotional materials (caps, pens, brochures).
• Public speaking with local organizations and clubs.
• Maintain monthly and yearly donation reports.
• Grant writing responsibilities.
• Set up booths at local events (Business Expo).
• Lead direct mail campaigns, e-newsletters and online marketing.
• Create marketing materials and oversee照片 production.
• Handle ranch photos and related tasks.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
