Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CI experience in manufacturing and office environments.
• Management/leadership experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CI vision and strategy deployment with leadership.
• Develop subject matter expertise of Lean and Six Sigma principles, systems, methods and tools.
• Coach and mentor others to build CI capabilities across teams.
• Manage resources to execute strategy deployment plans effectively.
• Lead CI workshops and kaizen events to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with regional and corporate CI teams for execution of activities.
• Support training for CI for Employees, Leadership, Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt qualifications.
