Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic operational plans for building and property maintenance across multiple locations.
• Forecast and implement property reinvestment strategies aligned with safety and performance needs.
• Manage expenses and capital budgets to optimize occupancy and total cost of occupancy.
• Develop life safety and emergency preparedness programs in coordination with operational groups.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver occupancy solutions and optimize real estate portfolios.
