Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate Workplace and Facilities Management to lead end-to-end operational excellence across a large real estate portfolio. You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping occupancy experiences and reliable systems while overseeing cost, safety, and strategic planning across multiple corporate locations.

Competenze

• 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities experience.
• 10+ years managing large portfolios including office and multi-use properties.
• 7+ years of management or supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Lead development and execution of strategic operational plans for building maintenance across locations.
• Forecast, plan and implement property reinvestment strategies to meet performance, safety, and reliability needs.
• Manage expense and capital budgets to achieve optimal results with Total Cost of Occupancy.
• Develop and oversee life safety and emergency preparedness programs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver occupancy solutions and optimize real estate portfolios.
