Job summary

Spectrum is hiring a Senior Director, Corporate Workplace and Facilities Management to lead end-to-end operational excellence across a large, complex portfolio of properties. The role drives seamless occupancy experiences, safety, and reliable systems while acting as a trusted advisor to executive partners.

The position requires 12+ years in CRE facilities or property management, strong leadership, budget mastery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 12+ years of commercial real estate facilities or property management experience.
• 10+ years managing large, complex real estate portfolios including office and multi-use properties.
• 7+ years management or supervisory experience.
• Cross-functional commercial real estate discipline experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic operational plans for building and property maintenance to enhance occupancy experiences.
• Forecast, plan and implement property reinvestment strategies to ensure assets are safe and meet performance, safety and reliability needs.
• Lead facilities management practices to deliver efficient property operations and manage budgets aligned with total cost of occupancy.
• Develop and oversee life safety and emergency preparedness programs with operational groups.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver occupancy solutions and optimize real estate portfolios.
• Develop relationships with leaders and external providers to drive occupancy improvements.
• Guide a facilities management team, monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Apply KPIs and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement and reliability.
• Lead sourcing strategies and real estate operational best practices across Spectrum portfolio.
